A graduate of Arnold & Marie Schwartz (AMS) College of Pharmacy, Alex Perchuk is an entrepreneur and pharmacy executive. He has over 35 years of experience in pharmacy operations, infrastructure, and logistics. He is also versed in urgent care and primary medical care and has held leadership roles with multiple professional pharmacy organizations. Alex Perchuk has been the manager, director, and owner of Thriftway Pharmacy since 1988.

As the head executive at Thriftway, Alex Perchuk oversees the day-to-day operations of the independent retail community pharmacies, all based in metropolitan New York. A proponent of relationship building as the key to success, he is a former president and chairman of the New York City Pharmacists Society. He serves on the board of the NYC Pharmacists Societychater within the PSSNY.

He also gives back to his alma mater, creating a scholarship to support future pharmacists and screening pharmacy candidates as a member of the AMS College of Pharmacy's Admissions Committee. He also served on the Cardinal Health Retail Advisory Board. The New Jersey resident enjoys cooking, traveling, and watching independent films.
